Stay away. The place is far below industry standards. They will schedule you more than legal duty days. The sales department runs the show, not operations. 7 Captains have left in the last 2 months.

The same is true for ferry pilots unfortunately.

I can't tell you how many times I ran into guys that would spend 200k on an aircraft with all the bells and whistles... but God forbid they spend more than $100/day on a ferry pilot.

I once had a guy who wanted me to fly an open cockpit experimental from West Texas to south Florida in the winter, then pick up a Champ with no electrical system (so flying around airspace on the return), all for the "free flight time". Ummm... no thank you.
Then there was a government agency that wanted me to give MEL instruction to its pilots for the free ME time. I told them I would do that as long as their pilots received no pay or benefits during training. Never heard back.
