I'm applying through the CTI program and under the Geo preferences is asks for the 5 states to choose from. Where is the comment box I've heard about to list specific locations????

The comment box is in the geographic preference email for OTS applicants. I believe if you're applying to a CTI announcement, you just select your 5 states on your application... I have no idea what a CTI application looks like, but the comment box may just be an OTS thing...
