This position reports to the Director, Air Transportation.

Responsibilities:
• Appropriate routing and airport selection, fuel requirements, weather planning and implications and ability to modify accordingly.
• Operational and technical knowledge of the ISBAO certified General Mills Air Transportation Operations Manual
• Work with other assigned pilot and apply General Mills aircraft procedures. Must be able to function effectively as Captain or Co-Captain
• Establish a helpful, welcoming relationship with passengers. Ensure that catering/beverage service is properly provided. Accommodate any particular special needs or requests to the extent possible.
• Assist in the routine administrative requirements of the aviation department.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Qualifications:
•5000 Hours Total Flight Time
•CE-750 Experience Preferred
•International Flight Operations Experience Preferred
• An FAA Airline Transport Pilot license.
• First Class medical certificate with no restrictions.
• Detailed knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, Airman’s Information Manual, Air Traffic Control procedures and aircraft systems.
• Detailed understanding of FAA Part 91 Operations
• Aeronautical experience and education sufficient to enable the skill and judgment required.
• Ability to travel internationally, including valid passport.
