GA Airport in Boston Area

I am in the midst of trying to plan a weekend trip in a 172 to the BOS area with my girlfriend and I was wondering which airport you guys would patronize for a visit. Mostly just looking for a good airport that has a way of getting to/from the city, yet is also easy to get in/out of. So far I have looked very briefly at GHG, OWD, and BED. Any input would be appreciated! Also, while I'm at it, any restaurant/sightseeing suggestions? Thanks!

looks like you've checked some of these:

Other nearby airports with instrument procedures:
KOWD - Norwood Memorial Airport (13 nm SW)
KBVY - Beverly Municipal Airport (14 nm N)
KBED - Laurence G Hanscom Field Airport (14 nm NW)
KGHG - Marshfield Municipal Airport - George Harlow Field (22 nm SE)
KLWM - Lawrence Municipal Airport (22 nm N)

check out airnav[dot]com

they usually have some info....

The city is easy to access from Norwood (OWD). That's probably the best for GA operations in the area if you are trying to get close to the city.

As for the suggestions, there are some great restaurants in the city. I'd recommend some Seafood if you are into it. Or visiting the North End for some authentic Italian Food. Faneuil Hall and Quincy market are always a popular venue when in the city. There are a few museums to visit as well. Enjoy!
