No it is not but our company pays a stipend to rent with (which is satisfactory), provides transportation to and from the airport, and gives you per diem on top of a nice salary. All in all it is a good place to work and we have a very low turn over.
In other news I was very lucky to have given an offer to a JC'er a couple of days ago...so it does happen.
