F9 made an offer for Spirit in the first bankruptcy earlier this year, and Barry was defending Spirit in various places recently. It's not a guarantee but feels like a credible rumor.

Yup, I've been around for the Spirit offers. I just haven't heard any whisperings of a HQ move in awhile. Maybe I'm just not paying attention to those things anymore. I'm open to moving, I could probably learn to swim.
It still says my app is active from March 2025, im guessing then I dont need to reapply or anything? Also I have an assessment but its blank haha

It's wild to me that Frontier wants you to write 4 essays to apply. But what can ya do.

I think its a trap, they give you a 4000 character limit and filter out anyone that uses more than half because they can’t explain themselves in a concise and efficient manner.
(mildly /s but also if I was hiring people I wouldn’t want to read 4 4000 word essays back to back to back lol)

Are there any current Frontier dispatchers here who can speak on things like daily workload, management, company health in comparison to what Spirit is going through, and whether many dispatchers move on to the legacies?
