I just found a couple of useful free CBT-Demo files for all stages of training.
From low visibility operations training to FMS training as well as Typerating CBTs for the Embraer 145/170 and de-icing procedures. You can even get an impression of some required parts for the JAR-ATPL, since they have also some demo-CBTs for IFR-ATPL training available for free.
It's almost exclusively JAR-OPS orientated, but I think you might be able to use some of those parts also for FAA training.
