Forgetting a doctor's visit on app

I recently applied for a Third Class Medical. I had significant neurologic issues about 8 years ago that I knew would have to be looked at more closely, so before my medical, I gathered all my records pertaining to that potentially disqualifying issue. The FAA granted me a Special Issuance and is requiring me to take a Medical Flight Test...all expected.

However, today I was going through my copy of my application and realized that, for some reason, I forgot to put down under doctor's visits that I broke my hand and had surgery for it about a year and a half ago. I guess I was so concerned with the neurologic condition, this other issue completely slipped my mind in the doctor's waiting room. I obviously was not trying to hide anything...the neurologic condition was much more potentially disqualifying, as the broken hand healed fine after four weeks.

I'm wondering who I should inform about this (the AME or my Regional Flight Surgeon) and what kind of trouble could come out of it. It's already going to be a lengthy process to prove that I can fly a plane, I'm really worried that I just made the process even harder by a brief moment of forgetfulness.
