Flying Clubs in Denton, TX

I just relocated for work into the Denton area and I’m looking to spend my hard earned doll hairs on something frivolous, is there anyone here who may have any insight on any of the flying clubs at DTO? Fleet variety, uptime, MX quality, and cost are all things I’m particularly interested in.

Do they even still build city blocks with alleys? Growing up there was a gravel alley down the middle of our block, perfect place for childhood shenanigans with various wheeled conveyances.
