Boeing Company Singapore, Central Singapore:<BR />Singapore,Singapore,Singapore ABPYXC <P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px">Summary of Accountabilities are as follows:<BR>• Monitors flight simulator instructor currency requirements and schedules instructors and evaluators for annual recurrent and instructor certification training. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Contacts candidate instructors to verify availability for requested customer training courses, and following instructor confirmation, allocates qualified instructors in accordance with Boeing and local campus policy, contract work rules and regulatory guidelines. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Monitors customer training schedule changes and notifies or re-assigns instructors, as required. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Tracks and monitors annual instructor qualifications defined by regulatory, contractual or customer defined requirements. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Attends resource planning meetings to verify instructor requirements and validate availability.</P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Act as liaison between Flight Instructors and external providers administratively i.e. smooth flow of cascading of information; financial documents etc. whilst demonstrating excellent customer relationship skills. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• To be proficient in raising and processing all purchase requisitions for the Flight Training department in line with company process. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Represent the Flight Training team at the weekly Campus meeting and have the minutes recorded and relevant minutes actioned. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Attend to any other administrative tasks that may be assigned by the Flight Training Manager / Flight Training Team. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Ensure all admin / support system is in place for the smooth operation of Flight Training in the Shanghai campus. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Ensure that Monthly Flight Instructors meeting minutes are recorded and maintained. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Maintain electronic and paper records accurately and timely for Flight Instructors and for all students undergoing Flight Training courses.</P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Maintain up-to-date records of Flight Instructors in p-folders including REC Training. <BR>• Pre-plan recurrent training for Flight Instructors each year<BR>• Plan training for new Flight Instrutors<BR>• Maintain the student master files. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Correct student names in the Integrated Planning and Scheduling System (IPSS) when required, assign Instuctor Pilots to courses in the scheduling system </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Ensure all relevant documentation is recorded in IPSS to enable smooth operation of Flight Training. </P><P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN-TOP: 0px"><BR>• Ensure all students records are properly documented in IPSS including CBT accounts are created in the Learning Management System (LMS).<BR>• Provide on site support to students on LMS<BR>• Liase with different teams to ensure smooth delivery of courses<BR>• Reconcile Contract Flight Instructors invoices and provide timely summaries and accruals to Flight Training Manager. <BR>• Arrange for Flight Instructors’ travel and accommodation accordingly<BR>• Ensure Activity Reports and Expense Claims by Flight Instructors are properly processed and vetted before submission to relevant departments each week <BR>• Check student pre-requisites before course commencement. <BR>• Liaise with vendors for supply of training materials. <BR>• Ensure and maintain adequate stocks of training materials <BR>• Monitor Flight Training curriculum to ensure revision status is accurately executed. <BR><BR><BR>This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
