Flight Training in South Jersey

You'll need that ATP MEL to move up the ladder in pay as a career pilot someday. Anyone, correct me if I'm wrong here. Is it Cave school now instead of AeroPrep at the "W"? Or visa versa?
It was Aeroprep when I went there, but after a google search it looks like it is now Cave...Of the three airplanes I flew there, all but one are still registered with Cave.

Flying W was my favorite airport. Recent visit told me now it's an Indian version of the Jersey Shore.

They're actually not Indians but Egyptians and much more behaved than the Indian students I dealt with at the flight school I worked at. I don't really know what the quality of flight training is there but the airport is still a really nice place to visit.

Funny, some friends of mine were just telling me how much the place has gone downhill lately. I haven't been there in a while so I can't vouch myself.

I have been to the Flying W. Not sure if it's a good flight school or just a nice place to visit, with an airplane shaped pool.

How do they hire their instructors?

Well you have to keep in mind that I'm still pretty new to NJ so I don't know what it used to be like. But imo, it's one of the nicer, more family friendly airports I've been to. There are a couple places to have a meal and a nice green lawn to relax and watch the planes, playground and pool for the kids. It's always been lean when we visited. Most of the airports I've been to have had nothing but a large parking lot to offer.
