The Flight Support Coordinator is key to supporting our aircraft Owners and Charter Guests. They will resolve customer requests ad serve as a contact between various departments. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span></span></span></p> <p><span><span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><strong><span>Job Functions</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span><span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and communication of all applicable flight logistics including such items as; hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, over-flight permits, runway analyses, trip itineraries, FBO and ramp reservations, etc.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Assure that TSA and FAA regulations and requirements are met regarding scheduling of trips, security checks, etc. for both Part 135 & 91.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Serve as a liaison between the customer and various departments and external groups, including flight operations, accounting, security, customs, etc., and prepare and maintain the information supporting this communication between entities.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Coordinate aircraft schedules according to owners requirements, crew availability, mechanical requirements, weather, and government regulations.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Maintain a continuous follow-up on all trip details and arrangements. Maintain communications with the crew and passengers as necessary regarding the status of trip details.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Resolve customer requests, questions, and concerns, which frequently require analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Support team effort through courteous and professional interaction, great communication, and a genuine desire to service our customer base.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Promote and maintain a positive image of Silver Air and adhere to the highest level of ethics whether you are communicating verbally, in writing, or in person. Sensitive to the customers needs by using varying degrees of discretion.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span>On-call rotation responsibilities, including nights, weekends, and Holidays.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</span></span></li> </ul> <p></p>
