If i'm not mistaken UND will not pay for your CFI but if you come up here and work they give "discounted rates" for CFII, MEI etc. Also according to the demand....
Dang, that's a pretty sweet deal!
Could you explain? Maybe I don't understand it but it sounds like (to me) that you get your CFI ticket paid for and a gig afterwards to teach. When you look at total cost, it really isn't.

Can you tell that to the other CFIs in my neck of the woods? The CFI ticket actually cost me a pretty penny...CFI training isn't generally very expensive... Most of the instructors I know around here don't charge other CFIs anything - kind of a professional courtesy.
I have heard of these but don't know of any? I have a friend that has his comm single, and wants to be a CFI but doesn't have the money... Does anyone know of any flight schools that will hire you and pay for your CFI?

This is straight up amazing! 5 years ago IF a 141 school was hiring it was CFI/CFII/MEI and 200 dual given to get a chance to interview.
Times have changed fa sho!
