Worldwide Aviation Support Services Rockledge, Florida:<BR /><p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The Flight Operations Coordinator Senior (FOC) will provide aviation support services to the US Department of State (DoS) Office of the Coordinator of Afghan Relocation Efforts (CARE). Provide operational management support to current and future global refugee relocation operations. Act as an aviation Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide direct support and briefings to, and coordination for, senior DoS leadership. Coordinate and collaborate with other CARE operations entities, to include third party contractors, to ensure the timely and efficient relocation of refugee personnel. Supervise AAR WASS CARE personnel in assigned location.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>- On behalf of the DoS, coordinate with third party contractors (TPC) on all aspects of refugee vetting and relocation.</p> <p>- Brief DoS senior leadership on all aspects of the CARE program.</p> <p>- Supervise case management documentation on all aspects CARE.</p> <p>- Facilitate visa requirements with associated U.S Consulates.</p> <p>- Provide CARE data entry, flight routes, flight manifesting, and flight reconciliation.</p> <p>- Contact passengers, partners, and host-nation officials to assist with flight planning, manifesting and airlift operations.</p> <p>- Perform Falcon data entry for flight scheduling, tracking, passenger manifesting, and reporting services.</p> <p>- Synchronize daily tasking and priorities, globally, with other DoS and TPC entities.</p> <p>- Assist with APACS clearances and be on call to provide updates.</p> <p>- Flight follow refugee relocation missions; coordinate changes, update arrival and departure times.</p> <p>- Create and maintain a Common Operating Picture/Aviation Tasking Cycle with all locations.</p> <p>- Assist in the development, implementation and update of operational CARE SOPs.</p> <p>- Provide updates, briefings, and information to DoS and AAR/WASS leadership.</p> <p>- Initiate and conduct training within respective areas of responsibility.</p> <p>- Report to the FOC Supervisor - Perform other duties as assigned.</p> <p>- Position requires OCONUS travel for extended periods of time.</p> <p>- Meet all Covid and vaccination requirements for third country host at Port of Entry</p> <p>- Position requires a U.S. security or MRPT clearance.</p> <p>EDUCATION REQUIRED</p> <p>- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and/or combination of education and related experience.</p> <p>PREFERRED</p> <p>- Possession of an FAA Aircraft Dispatcher license.</p> <p>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</p> <p>- Seven (7) years of experience in Aviation Operations.</p> <p>- Leadership or management experience in an Aviation Operations program.</p> <p>- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and ICAO Regulations</p> <p>PREFERRED</p> <p>- Previous experience on the WASS program as an AAC, AAC Lead</p> <p>- Previous experience on the WASS CARE program</p> <p>- Experience with OCONUS aviation operations to include US Consulate and US Embassy leadership.</p> <p>- Aircraft Dispatcher Experience</p> <p>- OCONUS operational experience.</p>
