Our brand-new facility at Oakland County International Airport is seeking a confident, creative, and capable professional who is looking for an opportunity with our exclusive Members-Only private aircraft management company. This position will be responsible for the scheduling and crewing of all flights. All hardworking professionals with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply, we are willing to train the right individual!<br /><div> </div><div>Duties include (but are not limited to):</div><ul><li>Scheduling domestic and international flights based on Member’s needs</li><li>Assigning flight crew members to trips</li><li>Communicating trip details to our Members and internal staff professionally, accurately and expeditiously</li><li>Assisting with every aspect of the flight request – catering, transportation, hotel accommodations, vehicle relocation, etc.</li><li>Arranging flight crew hotels, rental cars and airline reservations</li><li>Preparing and analyzing flight cost estimates</li><li>Preparing crew trip sheets and passenger itinerary reports</li><li>Provide exemplary customer service to our Members</li><li>Scheduling flights and crew in accordance with FAA Federal Regulations</li></ul>
