Aviation Search Group Salt Lake City, Utah:<BR /><p>JOB ROLE &amp; SUMMARY:</p> <p>Our rapidly expanding company is seeking flight operations team Manager that has a</p> <p>passion for the aviation industry, must have excellent communication skills and enjoy</p> <p>delivering the WOW experience to our owners and respective team members.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The primary duty of the Flight Operations Manager is to manage and coordinate all</p> <p>necessary logistics that are associated with part 91/135 trips. The Manager must have</p> <p>a strong knowledge of aircraft scheduling parameters, including (but not limited to)</p> <p>aircraft limitations, time zone changes, crew duty and rest limitation, overflight and</p> <p>landing permit requirements, airport curfews, over-flight exemptions, and US Customs</p> <p>requirements. The Flight Operations Manager manages our Flight Coordinators who are</p> <p>responsible for ensuring timely and accurate schedule communication to crew members</p> <p>and maintenance technicians. As well as providing clients with the highest level of</p> <p>customer service.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Actively manages, directs, and develops a team of people focused on disciplines in operations and owner services</li> <li>Working manager performing Flight Coordinator and Customer Service duties</li> <li>Receive and assign aircraft scheduling requests in accordance with aircraft capabilities and limitations</li> <li>Highly knowledgeable and proficient in the use of flight scheduling software for scheduling aircraft and crew members</li> <li>Assign flight crew members to aircraft under the supervision of the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot</li> <li>Ensures compliance with flight crew members&rsquo; duty/rest periods</li> <li>Communicate all aircraft schedule information accurately to flight crew members, maintenance, and line service</li> <li>Communicate information to flight crew members as it pertains to flight logistics and customer information</li> <li>Ensures all ground handling, deicing, fuel, landing/departure slots and landing/overfly permits handled</li> <li>Identifies, anticipates and takes corrective action to minimize actual/potential delays</li> <li>Advises appropriate personnel of potential/actual delays and conditions affecting safety of flight</li> <li>Responsible for crew logistics, arranging/coordinating crew ground, hotel, crew meals</li> <li>Responsible for passenger logistics, ground transportation, catering and other requests</li> <li>FBO selection, database upkeep, coordinate catering and other passenger requirements with the FBO</li> <li>Coordinate maintenance schedules with DoM to ensure compliance of aircraft inspections</li> <li>Flight following of all aircraft in order to maintain operational control as required by FAA regulations</li> <li>Develops, measures, and manages key performance metrics, managing the team to those standards</li> <li>Actively monitors and maintains operational compliance within company policies, procedures and FAR&rsquo;s</li> <li>Actively monitors and maintains financial compliance with company policies and procedures</li> <li>Ensures SkyShare trip and concierge management exceeds customer expectations</li> <li>Establishes and maintains high levels of service focused on accuracy and detail</li> <li>Excels in a team environment managing people, while delivering the WOW internally and externally</li> <li>Executes on individual and team performance management and training programs</li> <li>Promotes a Safety and Just culture</li> <li>Member of Safety Committee actively promoting and monitoring an active safety culture</li> <li>Establishes and maintains department processes and procedures</li> </ul>
