Flight Follower VS Dispatcher VS Flight Superintendent

Could someone in the know please educate me and compare and contrast the duties and skill set required to perform those jobs. I am very familiar with the duties of a dispatcher. Flight Follower and Flight Superintendent not so much.

If its a 121 Supplemental airline, the flight follower duties are usually the same as the dispatcher. They are just not required to have licensed dispatchers and so many post their job listings as "flight follower". Not sure about the Flight Superintendent.

Flight (Control) Superintendent is the title Delta coined for their Dispatchers. Same job. Different name. Delta often likes to be very different

That's correct. Flight Superintendent is a Delta Dispatcher.
