Vertex Aerospace Fort Worth, Texas:<BR /><ul></ul>Job Responsibilities:<br /><br /><ul><li>Monitor flights in progress, upon departure and en-route until arrived at destination</li><li>Track and report aircraft flight status</li><li>Coordinate country clearances and military ramp clearances for aircraft and crew members</li><li>Assist crew members with weather and other situations</li><li>Coordinate and schedule aviation mission request for numerous aircraft</li><li>Provide daily flight itinerary using government approved system</li><li>Coordinates OCONUS travel and schedules travel accommodations for aircraft and crew</li><li>Process mission reports for chargeback</li><li>Operate and Communicate with aircraft crew members using a variety of different communication devices such as satellite phone, HF radio and switchboard, providing ETD, ETA and other flight information throughout flight event</li><li>Provide data analysis for numerous aviation functions</li><li>Verifies accuracy of vendor invoices for aviation services rendered</li><li>Conduct presentations as needed to brief command center operations overview</li><li>Must be able to work any assigned shift or schedule, including mission support outside normal duty hours including weekends and holiday, standard operating hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm</li><li>Incumbent performs other job-related tasks, as assigned and required duties/tasks included in the employees performance evaluation elements are essential to that employees position within the job classification</li></ul><em> </em><em>
