Empire Airlines Hayden, Idaho:<BR /><p>The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting flight operations through flight following and associated duties.</p> <p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze weather date; evaluate trends along routes and notify flights of adverse weather conditions; maintain surveillance on all flight in progress.</li> <li>Prepare flight releases on hour prior to each flight departure operating under FAR 121 domestic, flag and supplemental flight rules; record flight status and any changes of each aircraft on the aircraft schedule log; ensure crew coverage for all flights during shift and next shift; remain on duty until the replacement dispatcher has been fully briefed on all operational flight, aircraft, crewmember or other irregularities.</li> <li>Collect and monitor flight and duty times; coordinate scheduling, delay or cancellation of aircraft with Dispatch Manager; process crew check in and after hours crew scheduling and record changes on the master schedule; compute fuel loads as required to ensure on time operations and schedule aircraft accordingly.</li> <li>Assist in collection and dissemination of flight/crewmember/aircraft information as directed by the Dispatch Manager; maintain a complete shift report; control and monitor Flight Following information; enter all required pilot and flight information into computer and maintain computer files.</li> <li>Serve as positive role model for ethical behavior and promote an awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles that is consistent with these principles; promote and support the mission of Empire Airlines.</li> <li>Other related duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>MUST APPLY AT: Careers - Empire Airlines</strong></p>
