Ravn Alaska Anchorage, Alaska:<BR /><link /> <link /> <link>&nbsp;<link><link>&nbsp;<link><link>&nbsp;<link><link><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>The role of Operations Control Center (OCC) Flight Coordinator is to provide daily operations management and oversight of involved agencies and the OCC personnel with his/her best knowledge to obtain safe, economical, and passenger-oriented operation on the highest standard. Other responsibilities aligned with Northern Pacific Airways dba Ravn Alaska&39;s Core Values include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Upholding <strong>safety</strong> by reporting safety hazards in the work environment or when confronted with an unsafe situation and encouraging others to do the same.&nbsp;</li><li>Promoting a positive <strong>safety</strong> Culture with co-workers, follows accident prevention procedures, and supports the organization in compliance with Safety Management System (SMS).&nbsp;Provide the tactical operational oversight necessary to achieve company determined safety, on time performance, and customer satisfaction goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Promoting&nbsp;<strong>commitment</strong> by working closely with maintenance control center on the aircraft daily status making any changes including canceling, combining, or delaying to the delay flight schedule. Accomplish department objectives by managing the overall on time performance of the ANC operation.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for ensuring system delay coding is accurate as well as timely reporting of conditions that impact the operational <strong>integrity&nbsp;</strong>building charters/extra sections when needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrating <strong>commitment</strong> through updating <strong>FOS</strong> and issue Operations Notifications to Stations, CRC, and outside vendors. Ensuring Stations have proper ground support equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Acting with <strong>Integrity&nbsp;</strong>and notifying stations airports outside vendors, and CAA Authorities of schedule changes, diversions, and extra flights.</li><li>Embodying the spirit of <strong>connectedness</strong> by maintaining communication with charter customers and all stakeholders. &nbsp;Develop and implements alternate plans of action during abnormal operations and delay situations.&nbsp;</li><li>Showing <strong>reliability</strong> by ensuring proper event notification and reporting to aircraft dispatchers, crew controllers, MCC, and Stations while monitoring the short-term schedule to verify that the aircraft are routed in the efficient and effective manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Encouraging <strong>connectedness</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>by projecting a professional image as a representative of the Company to external customers and fellow team members.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>
