As a leader in the industry, we are looking for a charter coordinator for our busy part 135 dispatch department.</p> <p>TAs the world of the private jet charter is unpredictable and demanding, we are seeking a high-performing individual who is able to work autonomously in a sometimes hectic environment.</p> <p>The position requires an exceptional ability to multi-task and a keen eye for detail. The charter coordinator is the front line of contact for the clients, acting as both a charter salesperson as well as a flight coordinator. </p> <p>We offer a highly competitive salary, health benefits including medical, dental, and vision; a generous 401K retirement plan, and a flexible schedule.</p> <p>The ideal candidate should possess an exceptional work ethic and the drive to succeed. Prior experience in private aviation is a plus (however, not required), as well as the experience in interacting with high net-worth individuals (or assistants), corporate executives (or assistants).</p> <p>Job duties include (but are not limited to) charter sales, flight coordination, crew assignments and logistics, obtaining permits, crew visas, etc.</p>
