Job Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international flights for private and charter flight departments
• Request ground services: hotels, transportation, airport slots and PPRs, general aircraft handling and miscellaneous VIP services
• Request overflight permits, landing permits, TSA waivers and customs clearances
• Create flight plans based on aircraft performance, safety, weather conditions and fuel efficiency
• Maintain a general knowledge of and familiarity with world-wide ATC procedures
• Remain current on notams and regulations throughout the international airspace system
• Coordinate directly with clients to meet their specific requirements
• Maintain a grasp of multiple active trips at one time, and be able to move between them without hesitation or confusion
