We are a 24/7 operation.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style"margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p><p style"margin: 0px;"><span style"text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span style"font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;">Salary</span></span></strong></span><strong><span style"font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;">:</span></span></strong> <strong><span style"font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;">$60,500</span></span></strong></p><p style"margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p> </div> </div> <strong>Responsibilities</strong><br> <div class"iCIMSExpandableContainer"> <div class"iCIMSExpandableText"> <ul><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Maintain a culture of total customer service focused on anticipating our Clients&rsquo; needs and exceeding their expectations</span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Develop a working relationship with all Mountain Aviation Pilots and assist Crew Logistics Coordinators with scheduling, assignments, and trip logistic needs for the pilot team</span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Notify and brief all crewmembers associated with scheduled trips as well as maintain communications with crew </span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Communicate any operational issues, as appropriate, to the appropriate departments and if needed to our clients</span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Document and maintain compliance with Mountain Aviation contractual obligations to all clients</span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Proactively resolve Client issues and disputes; referring to and including the Aircraft Scheduling Team for Client Relations assistance when appropriate</span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Assist in Owner Services coverage when needed, working directly with aircraft owners/executive assistants to maintain top notch customer service</span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Arrange special customer requests, including but not limited to ground transportation and catering</span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Analyze aircraft fleet utilization to best serve our Client needs and maximize Mountain Aviation overall safety and profitability</span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Monitor and maintain schedule legality for crew duty/rest/flight times</span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Monitor weather and airport conditions on a daily basis to ensure daily operations can be accomplished safely and without unexpected interruption</span></li><li><span style"font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Actively Flight Follow; monitoring all aircraft movements both in the air and on the ground.
