Freedom II LLC White Plains, New York:<BR /><p>Exciting professional opportunity for the right candidate to work in conjunction within a Flight Operations Group supporting a Luxury Resort Travel Department to assist in weekly operations at White Plains Airport (HPN).</p> <p>Responsible for the effective management of terminal and trip components for planned flights. Relies on experience, good judgment, company procedures, and local / regulatory requirements to plan and accomplish goals. This position presents many opportunities to contribute and make a positive, meaningful impact as our team and safety-oriented operation grows.</p> <ul> <li>Being knowledgeable and compliant with all standards set forth in the OTARs, Freedom II OM suite and OpsSpecs</li> <li>Knowing Freedom II aircraft performance and limitations, crew duty limits, airport operations, and company operations manual requirements and restrictions to make appropriate judgements on operations;</li> <li>Knowing local airport and terminal operating requirements and restrictions, and remaining in compliance during Freedom II operations;</li> <li>Overseeing safe and efficient terminal operations during assigned flights to include communicating, arranging support, and retaining documentation for all third party service providers;</li> <li>Working with the Operations Manager and crew members to identify risks and develop a mitigation plan through the initiation of airport and operational risk assessments on all flights coordinated, facilitated and dispatched while complying with all federal, international, company and departmental guidelines</li> <li>Reviewing NOTAMS/Restrictions to Operations at all destination and alternative airports in the planning process</li> <li>Maintain familiarity and utilization of flight scheduling software and other aviation related programs and resources</li> <li>Coordinating with international handlers, government, agencies, and officials to obtain overflight/landing permits and slots in accordance with airport operations and regulations</li> <li>Paying attention to detail in communications to maintain department records and reports, accounts payable, flight schedules, flight logs, and ensure validity of crewmember documents, international identification badges, and records to remain compliant with flight operations</li> <li>Staying abreast of changes in regulations, procedures and equipment that may affect operations or the fulfillment of the flight department mission</li> <li>Being available for afterhours/weekend/holiday calls to schedule aircraft, update flight information, flight follow, or aid flight crew or passengers,</li> <li>Ensuring that aircraft schedules meet with any airport/ airspace restrictions</li> <li>Having knowledge of domestic and international regulations and procedures to notify, coordinate, and establish business relationships with airports, FBOs (Fixed Base Operators), caterers, international handlers, government agencies and officials, to comply with airport hours and operations and to obtain any necessary permits, parking, slots, customs requirements, and any other necessary documents for the flight</li> <li>Performing dispatch brief and debrief with flight crews to share information regarding operational and passenger needs or requests</li> <li>Assuming any additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>An attractive compensation package is offered, with a quality benefits package included.</p>
