FlexJet Interview?

Anyone here interview with FlexJet before? What is the phone interview like? Same thing with in person, what does it consist of? Any tips?
 
I know there was a member on here who got hired by them and said it was a nice, impressive operation and paid well - however he has not been active in the forums for many years. He had a face to face interview, then a panel interview, then he got hired. No idea what the questions were like though.
