Aviation University Partnerships
Envoy has established hiring partnership agreements with most Aviation Universities. These agreements list requirements to qualify for the benefits of these programs. Pilot applicants that qualify under these programs and successfully clear the recruitment and selection process qualify for up to a $10,000 sign on bonus with the agreement to sign a two year Letter of Commitment to fly for Envoy.

Domiciles
Pilot domiciles are located at our three hubs:
Candidates must be willing and able to relocate at their own expense. Domiciles will be awarded during training. Assignments are based on company seniority and operational need.
Training
Candidates must complete the FAA ATP written exam (and/or ATP CTP Certification, as required) prior to the start of any new hire training. New hire pilot training is conducted at our Flight Academy in Irving, TX. Our safety-based training program combines rigorous classroom study, systems and flight training using digitized flight simulators and modern training procedures. Hotel accommodations, meals, salary and per diem are provided during the six to eight-week training program.
Compensation
Pilot wages are governed by the contract agreed upon between Envoy and the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), and are competitive with other regional airlines. Pilots are paid based on the number of flight hours flown each month and also receive per diem which is paid for each hour working away from their home domicile. Hotels on layovers are provided by Envoy.
