Amerijet International, Inc Miami, Florida:<BR />&#8226;&nbsp; First Officer is a flight crew member who is authorized and designated by Amerijet to serve as second-in-command (SIC) in operations conducted by the airline (121.385(c). <br /><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&#8226;&nbsp; The First Officer is second-in-command of the flight. While acting in this capacity, he/she shall comply with all regulations and directives pertaining to the conduct of the flight in a manner suitable to the captain. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&#8226;&nbsp; He/She is responsible for ensuring that all required manuals, en-route charts, terminal and approach charts are up to date with the latest revision and aboard the aircraft. </div><br />&#8226;&nbsp; Also responsible for confirming that the aircraft and the load plan are in agreement. <br /><br />&#8226;&nbsp; Amerijet Captains will be considered the primary Inflight Security Coordinators (ISC) <br /><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&#8226;&nbsp; During the Captain&#8217;s absence, while on the ground, the First Officer and Flight Engineer will assume the responsibilities (respectively) of Inflight Security Coordinator.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&#8226;&nbsp; As such, each Amerijet crewmember is responsible for ensuring that they are aware of each security bulletins distributed by the company.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&#8226;&nbsp; All crewmembers must ensure they are familiar with the security procedures in place and the importance of following each procedure. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&#8226;&nbsp; The contents of the Amerijet security manual are considered confidential and secure material discussion</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&#8226;&nbsp; Other duties may be assigned</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div></div>
