Finally

Two sessions down, nine to go. It's an easier and better-equipped plane than the CRJ. Granted, she'll be SLOW at cruise, but most of our hops are short anyway.

I wish the phone took better pics. If Doug can get it figured out, I'll use the real camera to snap a few and get some better quality for ya'll.

Sweet, I have always like that aircraft, both jet and tprop versions.

Why do they cruise so slow? Not to be asinine...

I think they cruise at .66...?

We were joking about that the other day. The thing almost climbs faster than it cruises.

When Dornier pulled the props off and put fans on, they didn't change the airframe at all. The 300 / .66 is airframe limited. Straight wing. The engines want to push the thing much faster than that.

When my time comes, I'll try to file low and stay outta the way.

We used to work the ACA DorkJets up here in BGR.

Real easy plane to load and unload, The crews were awesome, and the plane climbed like a homesick angel, even when fully loaded.

The flights went to Comair in the CRJ and now will be 19hunnerts in april.
