I have an opportunity for an experienced pilot in the southwest region of the US to make some quick money. Basically we have to get an airplane out of a field and to an airport approximately 5 miles away. PM me if your interested and available over the next couple days and I can provide you with more details. Please do not PM if you are a low-time or inexperienced pilot, this is not a job for you. Thanks!

I'm low time and inexperienced, can I apply? Also, what region of the US is this in, and will you sponsor a work visa for me? Also how do I get in touch with you? Also, will you provide training in the 210 for me?

No offense, but why wouldn't a company pilot fly the aircraft out of the field? I guess I'm going on the assumption it is one of your companies planes.

I mean, what could possibly go wrong while departing an unimproved field, not your aircraft and not familiar with the aircraft?

Well... I don't want to go into details. But we have local, state, and federal permission to move it. The pilots who put it there have zero unimproved field experience, the company doesn't have any other pilots available, and there are some risks involved in this particular operation. Hence why I requested PM if anyone is seriously interested. Company is in a bind and would really prefer this plane come out in one piece as opposed to pulling the wings off and towing it out. I will lay out the situation via PM if anyone is interested. Company will pay for any travel expenses plus I'm sure if you name your price for your time and skills then I'm sure they will compensate you. Thank you everyone for the replies so far.

Removing the wings and trailering it out is usually the safer bet, unless it's literally in the middle of nowhere miles from any road... What are these risks? Sounds like fun. :D

I have some unimproved field experience as well as a good deal of SEL Cessna experience (though no T210 time); however my TT isn't all that high (between 6 and 700 hours). Not sure if I'm the guy for the job or not. PM me some more details about the situation/location in the Southwest (I'm in the ABQ/SAF area) and if I'm not the guy for it, I may be able to point you towards somebody who is.
