Hey Guys,
I have a B.S in Aviation Management and 7 years of supevisory line experience. I am looking at FBO Manager positions and was wondering what an expected starting salary is for a FBO Manager? It would be overseeing 15+ workers at a Class B/C airport and the job description asks for at least 5 years of FBO experience and Bachelor's degree. What salary range would you expect and If the job requires me to move across the country.. How fair would a relocation package be? What would be the "normal" amount? Thanks!!

Anywhere from Low to pretty decent.

Depending on the companies scope and market, I've personally seen as high as 90k. Average is probably around 50's.

Depends on the FBO and experience level...

Also, the type of manager. General, Operations, Customer Service?

General Managers of a large corporate type FBO make 50s+

Mom and Pop type, I'd say average is 30s-40s.

Large airports with brand name FBOs get paid more because of the number of employees, operations and issues that pop up from time to time. 80's isn't unreasonable, but you'll be well seasoned by the time you get to this point in your career.
