Some sources are saying it was a Queen Air, and some are saying it was a Duchess. There is a Queen Air based in SQL, and BelAir has a fleet of Duchesses. From the picture, I'm very sure it was the Queen Air. Either way, very sad. This is the first fatal crash I can remember that actually occurred at the airport

REDWOOD SHORES, CA (KGO) -- One person is dead and more may be missing after a small plane crashed into a lagoon near the San Carlos Airport after takeoff.
The body of a woman believed to be in her 40s was pulled from the water near the plane.
The plane, a Twin Beechcraft Queen crashed at 11:53 a.m. According to the San Carlos Airport, two to three people may have been on board and the plane was en route to San Martin.
The San Mateo County search and rescue team has been called to the scene to look for additional victims.
People in small boats and kayaks initially came to the rescue.
