FAA Memo to Pilots: If It’s Fun, It’s Probably Illegal… Eventually.

But remember, skydiving is perfectly safe.

This and the warbird instruction thread are pretty spot on for the FAA finding ways to obstruct relevant aviation activities because, “F you that’s why.”

Don't operate a noisy company out of your house when the HOA prohibits such action.

Don't live in a HOA if you don't want to abide by the rules, they'll just make you miserable.

Eh, the airpark forbid commercial activities out of the airpark. Running a wing walking business from there wasn’t that smart. Seems like they just wanted them to take it elsewhere and keep the airport free from liability since insurance doesn’t cover it.

True. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of a commercial operation being run out of a residential airpark that ended with legal issues.

The lens I view all news through these days is “whose cheese is getting moved or whose hustle is getting busted?”

As Ambassador Kosh once said “the truth always points to itself.”
