Is Ibuprofen FAA approved for pilots?

It is not disapproved. Remember, it is not necessarily the medication but also the reason the medication is taken that may make it disqualifying.

Okay thanks. I have to take it for a surgical procedure I had done on my groin. Any idea if that disqualifies me from flying (121)?
