FAA Aerospace Physiology Program

Next Monday I will be at Shaw AFB in SC for the FAA Aerospace Physiology training program. I will be able to experience hypoxia in the altitude chamber and other interesting stuff. I am really looking forward to the experience.
Anyone else ever do this? What was it like?

I heard sooo much talk about all of these altitude chamber blah blah blah. Can someone tell me what these are? And where maybe I can get a ride like that?
