FAA Administrator resigns

This guy is probably on the short list too.

Where's the intersection of "a pilot" and "considerable personal loyalty and fealty to DJT" and "willing to work for this embarrassment?"

I’ve heard rumblings a lot of people are stepping down early because of some law where it makes Trump unable to appoint their replacements by recess appointments, so maybe?
Of course laws don’t matter, they’ll do it anyway and pearls will be clutched and that’ll be about it.

It's conceivable this is true for the FBI director.

Until somewhat recently Congress didn't really care about the FAA Administrator (it was pretty rare for the Senatorial confirmation vote to be anything but a perfunctory "uh yup" for the job), but nominating someone who retaliated against whistleblowers sort of put the kibosh on that.

This is all fine, btw
