F-16 Lands short of runway at Wickenburg, AZ

Not sure of the details yet but an F-16 from Luke AFB made an emergency landing attempt at Wickenburg, AZ (E25) this afternoon. Both pilots are safe but the aircraft...not so much. They landed short of the runway and that is not very friendly territory out there.

Wow, Quite the site there. Glad everyone is ok. The terrain south and west of the field is pretty rough. Wickenburg is a great place to work on touch and go's, usually never anyone there.
