Eye Exam Question

Hey Doc,

I just had my yearly eye exam and my vision is 20/20 corrected. I have my physical coming up later this month or earlynext month. Is it possible to get a waiver from my optometrist so that I can skip the vision test on the physical? If so, is there a form I need her to sign?

Form 8500-7. Some AME's will accept this and some will not. They will do the color vision test and if you are getting a Class1 or 2 they will also perform the phoria tests.
