I live with my GF and a housemate in a 3br/2ba house about 50min from EWR and 1hr 20min from LGA/JFK. My housemate wants to move out for economic reasons, and I am looking for anyone who is looking for a place. You need a car. It is a really nice house, perfect for someone in their 20s, we are quite/no drugs/non party type. Ski area is a stones throw away, this is a rural area, with hiking, mt biking, lakes, water park, skydiving, local airport, biking, etc all within 15-20 minutes. This would be till Sept then it would be up for discussion for a lease renewal.

You will have your own bathroom as well. This is great for someone who just got hired at a regional and is young/single and wants to move near base, esp EWR, but I am planning on commuting to LGA/JFK (god willing I get it). Price is about $500/mo with all utilities, house has everything you could need, off street parking, washer/dryer, extra fridge, tons of storage, yard, view, etc. PM me if interested or email me rickt86@gmail.com for more info.

I grew up in Sussex county! Great area! It's the exact opposite of all the bad things people think about when they normally think about New Jersey. Looks more like what you would probably imagine upstate New York or rural Pennsylvania to look like.

I grew up in Warren County and used to work part-time in Sussex. It definitely is beautiful especially if you like to hunt and fish. Now I m stuck here in beautiful Wichita Kansas for the next year. I can't wait to get back!

Wow small world, I am from Wantage NJ, went to High Point, then Rutgers, the house is in Vernon, I just got hired at Eagle so will be commuting to LGA, but my housemate is moving out at the end of Feb, and I need to rent his room, my GF and I will be hurting bad if we try and swing this on our own, its great for someone who is not from the Northeast and is going to be based out of EWR like for Colgan or Commutair or even NY with someone like Eagle. Its about 50min to EWR no traffic, but you get the joys of the country, outdoor life, and lack of crime you find closer to Newark.
