EVO Airlines?

You applied for a job without knowing anything about them?
In the world of time limited postings and massive TBNT percentages, no harm in applying somewhere that looks halfway decent without knowing too much about them. Sure by the interview phase, OP should probably be doing the basic internet research about the company but it never hurts to ask if anyone may have an internal scoop (working conditions, morale etc) that isn't readily available on the internet.

I’ve always been told to tailor CVs to company’s hard to do that with no knowledge. But yes I do agree worth shooting your shot
This may be a controversy, but IMO just tailor it to meet the minimum requirements and apply anyway. That should be enough to get it past the HR prescreen and kicked to the hiring manager for review.

Most hiring managers actually in charge of hiring are most concerned about their department's immediate needs. Not so much the overall company history or philosophy. Sometimes they want experience, sometimes they want locals, sometimes they want specific software certifications. Preferred qualifications in the job posting may be a guide for that, but not always. You have no way of knowing in advance what they really want unless you apply.

To call them an airline is a bit of a stretch... Looks to provide pirvate jet flight operations support coordination/planning and does not have any jets themselves.
