Everyone OK in Vero?

I stayed in my house and drove around after the storm. The damage was not comparable to the damage form either of last years storms. Some tree limbs a few roof tiles, but nothing catastrophic from what I could see. The storm got pretty angry towards the end, but didn’t hang around long. Obviously there is no power, and the day after I still had not seen a single utility truck. The money I spent restoring my landscaping after last years storms was a waste however, everything blew away. I can't wait to move out of this state! Oppressive heat, 5 minute stop lights, oodles of geriatric drivers and spiders the size of your hand, and I can't stand spiders.

Spiders and FAA jumpseaters, the two things I fear most. Hippies and spoiled kids I can handle.

D.R.- you're not moving...too much of a beach bum

I hate the beach, too much sand.

The only things worse than beach sand, are beach rocks. The beaches in RI suck! Cold water, and big rocks.

Anyway, glad to hear things are well. I'll be in ATL this Friday.
