"Abandon all hope, ye who enter here,"... Very cool operation, but the quality of life is abhorrent and the job security is nonexistent. You may be tempted because of the operation, location, and pay. But don't be fooled, you will not be working 40hrs, and your job will be under threat the entire time. Don't get me wrong, the crews are absolutely amazing people, but the company (guy whose name is on the planes) is a nepotistic moron. You will be getting yelled at every day. They recently fired several dispatchers and lost several more because they are so deep in the red due to poor money management and losing multiple lawsuits. Did I mention you'll be treated like sh*t? Stay far away & remember, Never Everts.

Absolutely, this place literally destroyed the dispatch office with maliciousness, and absurd schedules. The director of operations cannot manage his anger and yells at people constantly . The heads of the departments are the children of the founder and don’t actually understand operation. Dispatchers here are disregarded by everyone in management and are only respected by the flight crews. The pilots are great though.
