1) anyone know any operators out there that have been granted a greater than 240 minute 2-Engine approval in their OpSpecs for ETOPS (are there any at all)?
and also
2) I'm curious about Pilot Union stances on flying ETOPS routes that far (implications of taking a sick airplane 4 hours plus from an adequate airport-literature from specific pilot union opinions regarding longer ETOPS approvals would be really appreciated if any exists).
