Envoy opinion?

Hello-
Does anyone have insight into the Envoy/AA flow, pay, etc.? I see the hiring being done by Envoy and am intrigued, so I was hoping someone might have some ground truth for pay, QOL, and such. Please DM if you have the scoop.
