Are you coming with any dispatch or aviation experience?
Nope. Looking for my first job. This is my second time around with Endeavor. I made it to the one way video interview but never got further than that.

Yeah, I did. Idk if I can add anything particularly new. From what I remember, we had a virtual interview and they asked 5 HR and 5 dispatch questions each. What's required on a release? What's the definition of icing? Tell me about a time when you had to handle multiple priorities. That kind of stuff. Just have your answers ready.

In the qualification requirements section of the application, is endeavor only looking for past airline experience, or both aviation and airline experience in general? Just wondering since have a year and a half on belt as a 135 flight follower in addition to two 4 month flight ops internships at a cargo 121 carrier and another 135 company.
