En Route Basics 8/5/2009!

I just called my HR rep to check on the status of this class since I hadn't heard from her for a while.

I was curious about whether people have been dropping out of earlier dates and whether she thinks this will cancel. My date has been pushed back 3 times.

Right now she said that people are sticking to their assigned dates because so little is available, and that she does not think that this date will get changed anymore.

I'm starting to feel more confident about this date actually happening!

I know everyone in this thread is going to ZDC, but is anyone else going to ZID? Sorry for starting a new one, but it seemed like only ZDC folks were posting there.

It's from that old TV show Sliders, where the guys had a wormhole machine that would take them through time or into parallel universes, but they couldn't get back to their original time/place.

I'm working up until the last day so hopefully that will make the time go faster since I'm always busy there.

Since I used too much vacation time, I put in notice with a few days before my move to OKC. Last day of work is 1 week prior to my start date. WOO!

Are you starting 8/5 as well??


I know what you mean about the days going by slowly...my date got pushed back 3 times and hopefully this is the last..
