Empire Airlines FO ATR Hawaii

Anyone have any info on pay, schedule, contract?

Any insight or info is greatly appreciated. Thankyou
Excerpt from an email I've gotten from them. This was regarding a position on Dallas, but I'm pretty sure atr pay is the same.

"Our flight crew members earn 75% of their base pay during training. We
will be paying for your lodging, you will be earning per diem and you
will have a vehicle available to you....

During Training (approx 2 months): $379 per week
Training Complete: $505 per week
At six months: $525 per week
At one year: $546
Yearly increases after this. Empire flight crew members are salaried
and whether you are on reserve, flying or on a paid day off, you will
receive the weekly amount. There may be opportunities to earn
additional pay by taking additional flights.

Training Agreements - Empire looks to our flight crew members to sign a
Training Agreement. Our customer will be paying for your training so
this is a way of conveying to them that they will receive a return on
their investment. It is an 18-month commitment and the clock starts
ticking on the Agreement upon successful completion of your IOE. This
is a pro-rated Agreement, so each month you would "owe" less; however
should you choose to resign or be terminated for cause during the 18
months, you would be required to pay the balance of the Agreement.

Based on the outcome of the phone interviews, successful candidates
will be invited for "Round 2" of the hiring process. That involves a
trip to our Corporate Office in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho (COE). You will
fly in to Spokane, Washington (GEG) and drive to COE. There you will be
observed on our sim, which is a desk-top model, Beech 1900
configuration. You will also complete a brief, multiple choice
questionnaire; questions obtained from AIM. If invited for sim, Empire
will reimburse one night's lodging & a day's car rental. Arrangement
for travel will be up to you and we do award bases on a first-come,
first served :) basis....When calling for hotel, use the Comfort Inn in
COE at 208-664-1649. Even though this is a reimbursable item, if you
tell them you are with Empire, that will cut you a deal and save you
some up front costs.

I am sure you have many questions, but we are including what may be
considered "deal breakers" :):)....we think you will agree that we have
a competitive pay schedule and exceptional benefits. If you would like
to be considered for a First Officer spot, please call as instructed.

Thanks so much!"

There u have it. Should answer most of your questions. The other details are about individual runs. You are locked into the airframe (which sometimes means base as well) for 18 months, then you can bid and train for the C208, giving u other base options.

No, I do not work there.
Ps: smiley faces were in the original email.

Thank you Sky Cptn for the useful information. Did you end up calling them for the job? Or are you already set with current job? I currently fly 135. I am looking for a job closer to home. I really appreciate the info.

I believe the aircraft are still sitting at Empires facility at CDA.

Here is Empire's ramp as of tonight.

I currently have one job, and training for another. Things didn't work out to where I could've taken that job at the time they called me. Phone interview was ok, I got invited to do the sim. There's not a lot of stuff out there on the interview, but it's pretty laid back, hr and DO. Talk about your experience, your likes, etc etc. if you fly 135, they'll prob mention your IFR experience, and how their program is tough. Really, nothing to study for. Quick review of them, in case they ask. Didn't even get asked anything about my current AC.
