That fact you can almost "draw" any lat/long legs in Foreflight and then Bluetooth upload that to your Garmin is mind boggling.
 
I had a friend ask me the other day (paraphrasing) if I'd ever heard of the FAA attempting action against a civilian pilot for their choice of a creative flight path along these lines, but I couldn't recall any.
 
How would/could they? As long as you aren't busting any airspace or VFR mins you're golden.

The outcomes are often interesting, fun, and cool, but this stuff is sorta like getting an A on your history paper when Chat GTP wrote it for you (which is horrid for at least three major reasons). Most of this stuff is A/P driven (which is horrid for at least two major reasons).

Imagine what one could do with a pre-programmed ADS-B equipped drone. @bringbackcursive!
Add an on-off timer to the transponder and we could all paint old newspaper images. @bringbackdotmatrix!

It's right down the road from Climax. Literally. And just east of Erect. Literally.
 
I had a fire in the engine compartment at Raleigh Executive once. Leaky fuel fitting, not sure how it ignited in the bottom of the cowling.
