ECG findings / Class 1 stuff

Hey Doc, thanks for volunteering to answer all our questions.

I got an electrocardiogram done as part of my new job (non-flying) which showed a minor sinus arrythmia. In the comments the attending noted "consider inferior ischemia." Whatever any of that means...regardless, it was enough to have my PCP do another ECG where he found the same thing. I'm having an Ecocardiogram w/ doppler done tomorrow to see what's going on at the heart hospital. I have a few questions...

1. What does the above mean in laymen's terms?
2. I'm only 28, if I get a Class 1 physical in the next couple months, I understand I need to report this issue, but will my AME do an ECG on his own as well?
3. Am I really expected to remember dates for every doctor visit for the last 3 years? Does it need to be exact?

Thanks for your time.

Matt

First, it is a computer interpretation and is probably wrong. At you age, this is the most likely scenario. The AME will not do an ECG since you are 28.
Dates for doctor visits are month/year only. Yes, they expect you to remember or have records of payment that defines the visits.
