Easy Financing

Ive been reading a few months about Sally Mae, Key Bank etc -- I just used Teri loan company - teri.org and did my financing through Bank of America - I asked for the full amount plus some ($58k) and was approved in 2 days no questions asked. I know I wont need the entire amount but just in case - my int. rate is 9.25%

Financing was for me one of the most stressful things but I was amazed at the ease.

Give it a try if you need some money!:nana2:

How was your credit when you applied? And do you think it will be possible for someone like me to re-finance with them? I sold my soul to the devil that is SLM a couple months ago. :banghead:

Congrats but this could be a horrible thing too! I mean 58K is a #### load of money..... Especially at 9.25%....... I just hope you have your college degree and this money you spent isnt strictly for your flying without a degree. I have a degree from a private university and my flight loans all under 50k and i'm about ready to die because of these loans....... and thinking about 1st/2nd and possibly 3rd year FO pay.... YIIIKES

I'm not sure what your financial situation is SRA but I'm 27 bought a house last fall and had been on my job for 7 years now. Yeah, meyers you're right 58K is a SH!?!? load of money to repay and yes, I have calculated my final costs if it actually takes me 20 years to pay off LOL but Ive got a plan which everyone should have before they dive into debt you know?

I'd agree, everyone should have a plan! I am waiting to get my lady out of school and her make some good money and us put our loans into a house..... Got the people in place ready to do the deal and get us locked into like 5% for our education loans into a house..... But that's not for everyone either!

The finance department @ ATP are extremely helpful. I was able to get full financing thru Wacovia. Very quick response as well. It took less than 48hrs to get loan certified. Big thanks to Kathy @ ATP for all the help.

How does 55K at 11% for 5 years sound?
Those crappy terms were all I could find and it was from my bank. USAA
I'm getting tired of being denied a loan.

Not that I wanna go to ATP but I MIGHT need a 10k loan so let me ask you:

Did you needa co-signer? What is your credit score? Are they sending the check to you or to ATP? Do they require proof of you going to a certain school?

Thanks

@ TheAlchemist

I did not need a cosigner for my loan. My credit score is in the low 700s but the bank looks at your credit bureau and your score. I didn't need a cosigner becaus I have a paid auto lease, an open one that is paid ontime and a $40k revolving credit limit.

They disperse directly to the school and as such require the school to certify you are a student there.

Oh BOA...grrrr. When I bought my house, they gave me the biggest run around with a 700+ credit score, and 35% down on the house...After I went with another lender, Bank of Texas (who is awesome, thank you), BoA sent me a denial letter because they couldn't verify my employment. I guess 14 years in the AF ain't good enough. And how about this...good friend of mine's wife is a VP at BOA and they didn't get a motgage with those fool!!! I miss small town banking...
