American Eagle and Executive Employees,
We are pleased to announce that the negotiating teams for American Eagle and the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) have reached a tentative agreement regarding the 2008 amendment to the Eagle-ALPA collective bargaining agreement. The Company and ALPA worked collaboratively in facilitated discussions with the National Mediation Board to strike a balance between controlling costs and providing quality of work life improvements for our pilots. This is the third amendment round of the 16-year deal, which was negotiated in 1997.
Sincerely,

Anyone have details?
PS, I know Peter's a Harvard MBA, but do the bold words look right? I'd have reversed them.
